What types of projects do you service?

We mostly work with new construction residential and additions to existing homes. We have done apartment garages, horse barns, duplexes, and garage shops.

Can you get drawings permitted?

Yes. The final plans are permit sets, they are drawn to code compliant, and are ready to be reviewed by the Agency Having Jurisdiction, or AHJ.

Is there a particular style you typically design?

We have a No Style Left Behind policy. However, we are typically asked to provide Ranch, Farmhouse, and Mountain Modern style designs.

How long does it take?

It all depends on how quickly the design agreement is signed and how efficient we are about making decisions for the home, from program, schematic, design development to construction document phases.
